Trouble receiving emails from school or eThursday emails?

Have you checked your spam filter?

 

We have spoken with a few parents that have had problems receiving our emails and the ones we have spoken to had issues with their spam filters grabbing the emails before it makes it to them.

 

Have you added webmaster [at] stals-stpats [dot] org and schooloffice [at] stals-stpats [dot] org to your "safe senders list" or "white list"?

If you do, the emails should make it to you as this will prevent your spam filter from grabbing the emails. In many (but not all) cases, all you need to do is add webmaster [at] stals-stpats [dot] org and schooloffice [at] stals-stpats [dot] org to your address book.

 

For some email programs you will need to find the "safe senders list" or "white list" and add the school's email addresses to it. This will keep emails from the school from ending up in your spam filter.

 

Please check your email program's help section for specific ways to add the school address to your "safe sender list"

 

The general emails from school are being bcc'd to over 100 other people & that gets the email flagged as spam often.
