St. Alphonsus/St. Patrick Catholic School is committed to protecting your online privacy. In general, you can visit the school web site without revealing any personal information. However, to use advanced features of the site you must have a user account.  Either a school administrator will create an account for you at your request or you may be given the opportunity to register for an account on the site yourself. 

Personally Provided Information

If you are given the opportunity to register on the website, you will be asked for your First and Last name, identifying information, your email address and asked to provide a password.

• Your first and last name is used to identify you within the site and will appear when posting comments to the site.
• Identifying  information is used by the school to verify all user accounts. This information is viewed by the website administrator to ensure you are a member of the school community. Only website and school administrators can view this information.
• Your email address allows teachers or website administrators to email you from within the website. You can also sign-up to receive emails, eThursday notifications and calendar events. Website administrators can also send mass emails to this address. You will receive these emails in your regular email account inbox. Email will not contain any personal information nor will any be collected or stored in this process.
• Your password is encrypted and cannot be read or recovered by anyone. If you forget your password it must be reset by you or a website administrator.
• The school will not use your personal information or email address for any marketing or sales purposes.
• The school does not share or sell any of your personal information or email content to any third party.
