eThursday Envelopes
The eThursday Envelope is a way to help the school save money, help the environment and save you time! It’s simple. It’s the on-line version of our “paper” Thursday Envelope. You receive an email Thursday when the eThursday Envelope is ready to be viewed—you simply click the link in the email and all of that week’s flyers and notes are available to you on-line! Note: confidential information is never posted on eThursday & items like that and a few other things will still come home in your “paper” Thursday Envelope.
Each family will still receive a Green paper Thursday Family Envelope because there’s a chance something needs to be sent home as “hard copies” every now and then, and confidential information is never posted on eThursday. PLEASE be sure this Green paper envelope is returned to the office NO LATER THAN THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY when it does come home, WITH THE CHILD WHO BROUGHT IT HOME (not a sibling in a different classroom). Envelopes are sent with the Oldest or Only child in the family. I have quite a few missing in the office.

Reminder for Tardies/Late Arrivals- Per the School Community Handbook, all students must be signed in at the main office by a parent, students may not be dropped off. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please make sure to return Green Envelopes to the school office- we use these to send home important information- if you have lost your envelope, please contact Mrs. O'Neill in the school office.
Picture Retake Day is November 6th- please notify Mrs.O'Neill in the school office if you plan on having a retake- if you purchased photos, please bring to give to photographer . Please let school office know if you have any questions.
Raise Right is a great program we offer at SASP. It is an easy way to purchase gift cards and a % of the rebate goes towards your fundraising obligation. Please see attached for more information- contact the school office for the enrollment code.
All volunteers are required to complete the Archdiocese program called "Protecting God's Children" Please see attached on how to sign up for a virtus account. In virtus you will need to complete assigned trainings and sign the Archdiocese Standards of Behavior and complete a background check.

Iconic Cheer Alliance welcomes your athletes to continue building skills, friendships, and confidence in a fun, competitive environment! The Spring season starts in December and runs through April.
