eThursday Envelopes

The eThursday Envelope is a way to help the school save money, help the environment and save you time! It’s simple. It’s the on-line version of our “paper” Thursday Envelope. You receive an email Thursday when the eThursday Envelope is ready to be viewed—you simply click the link in the email and all of that week’s flyers and notes are available to you on-line! Note: confidential information is never posted on eThursday & items like that and a few other things will still come home in your “paper” Thursday Envelope.

Each family will still receive a Green paper Thursday Family Envelope because there’s a chance something needs to be sent home as “hard copies” every now and then, and confidential information is never posted on eThursday. PLEASE be sure this Green paper envelope is returned to the office NO LATER THAN THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY when it does come home, WITH THE CHILD WHO BROUGHT IT HOME (not a sibling in a different classroom). Envelopes are sent with the Oldest or Only child in the family. I have quite a few missing in the office.

The Sisters of St.Francis are having a "Run with The Nuns" event on October 13th,2024. Online registrations ends on October 9th,2024.
 
 
School Pictures went home earlier this week, if you were absent on picture day or if you want to do a retake,we will have picture retakes on Thursday November 7th. A couple of reminders from Mrs.Chiaramonte. The weather is nice, but the shorts have been way too short- remember 3 inches above the knee is the rule. Please also remember this for out of uniform days as well. If we feel they are too short, we will have to call home and have new clothes brought to the school. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please also be mindful of where you are parking when you are picking up your children from school. If you have priority pick up, make sure you are not blocking other traffic. This makes dismissal much easier.
 
This friday is LAST DAY FOR BUS AND NO PM BUS SERVICE - Please make arrangements. We do not have extended day the last day of school on June 7th- it is an 11:30 dismissal.

St. Alphonsus & St. Patrick Parish will honor our Blessed Mother with a May Crowning
ceremony on May 5th during the 11:00 AM mass.
We are inviting the First Holy Communicants to be a part of this special day. If your
child can attend, we ask that he or she wears his or her First Communicant gown or suit
to Mass and participate in the crowning. Your child will need to be at Mass by 10:45 a.m.
on May 5th
